'Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. 'The cabin has a modern yet cozy aesthetic. Everything was clean. The hot tub, shuffle board, ping pong and pool table were great and kept us busy for the times we just wanted to stay in. Danielle was a great host, responded quickly to questions and was very willing to be helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions. We had a really lovely weekend. Thank you! '

'We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!'

The location is perfect for spending time at Stratton Mountain Village. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and in need of upgrades, but has everything you need!'

'We stayed for 1 night while passing through . The Room was very clean and very comfortable , love that they a non smoking rooms so they didn’t have that gross stale cigarette smell.. The bed was very comfortable, hot water in the shower was amazing ( there was a body soap/ shampoo dispenser but it was empty ) Only thing that was not great was the continental breakfast.. We went in and they had the smallest coffee maker I have ever seen which is ok I think we may have only been the only guests...
