'The house is very close to the beach, boardwalk and a few good restaurants. The house is very comfortable and a set up well to maximize the small space. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out couch was one of the most comfortable ones I have had! The patio is well set up and giving a large living space! The laundry is a huge plus to have near the beach. Parking is tight but having a guaranteed spot in the front is so nice! Loved the house! We had one hiccup with the ac and the property...
