'Using expedia I booked a room with an understanding that I could change the booking up to the day of the stay. Even with a down payment of 100 dollars Expedia wanted to charge me over 300 dollars to change my booking. Expedia, enjoy your existence without me I will never use you or your affiliate companies again. Lesson learned, thanks for the fake agreement.'

'Unfortunately, the room did not match the description. We were in tower two where the third elevator was stuck the entire time. The first elevator had us stuck more than once which made me scared to ride. Since we were on the 12th floor we waited much longer times like other guests for the middle elevator because it was the only one working. The stairs smelled so badly of pee that we never took them again. The only Plus I have about this was the loco gecko restaurant which had great food and...

'My likes were everyone were nice courteous only thing that I noticed that the room I was in you had to play with the knob for the shower to come on and it needs a little update of the property more cleaning of the pools other than that it's a great place to stay and there were great views of the beach but if you rent the beach chairs on the beach it's $50.00 for umbrella and 2 chairs if you're driving instead of flying bring your own other wise it's a great place to vacation'

'This place is an absolute scam and one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos and descriptions are completely misleading. They advertise beautiful hotel/resort accommodations, but once you arrive, they send you across the street to a run-down, dirty “mini resort” that looks nothing like what was promised. The rooms are disgusting, outdated, and poorly maintained. Instead of proper air conditioning, they have tiny window AC units that barely work and can’t even keep the room...
