'The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. 'This is a nice hotel that is within walking distance of the baseball park. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The valets were also very friendly (self-parking is a hassle so valet is best way to go). The room was clean and spacious.'

'Nice property however there are too many homeless in the area. (Not the hotel's fault). The room was nice but housekeeping was not provided daily. Breakfast was OK.'

'No breakfast was available at the bed and breakfast on our stay. The rooms do not block out sunlight. The ac turns off at night and there is no thermostat in the room to help. Parking was extremely limited. The house has a loud wind chime sound every few minutes throughout the day. Would never stay here again.'

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'This place was such a little gem! The renovations were fun and funky, the decor was bright and cheery, and the whole place felt trendy and new. Both Troy and Josh at the front desk were fantastic, helpful, and friendly, and the peach focaccia cobbler that I had at the attached restaurant (The Immortal) was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this place... 1000% would recommend, and will stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!'

'Hotel staff were very welcoming from the beginning. I was able to check in a little early due to my room being ready. Great perk of having a pool as my kids enjoyed it. Love that they have a water filter machine. Only con is the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. So either you valet or park at the public garage that is right across the street from the hotel.'

'I stayed at the Sterling Hotel for one night. I stayed in the deluxe queen room. My room was at best decent. The room was in need of a better cleaning, better decor, had some chips and dents, the TV didn't have anything to access to watch anything, staff isn't around after 4pm, and I think that they can do better! I couldn't get the jet on the Jacuzzi tub to turn on and I texted the number that was given and got no response. They didn't acknowledge my text at all during my stay. It would be...

'Goed betaalbaar motel net buiten midtown. Wel een eindje lopen naar downtown en historic district. Gratis parkeren en gratis ontbijt. Kamers roken helaas naar rook, ook al is er een niet roken beleid. Niet superschoon. Wel een geel fijne douche. Vlakbij snelweg, dus veel geluiden van verkeer en getoeter. Neem oordopjes mee. Verder was de ontvangst niet heel vriendelijk, strenge dame achter de receptie. Meneer wel vriendelijk. Mocht je iets anders willen dan het ontbijt, dan kan je naar iHop....
