'My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. '

'The home was inviting clean and comfortable. Our inviting, provided us with ample kitchen items, towels, and entertainment in the form of books and extensive library of nostalgic albums and games. There was plenty of parking for four cars in the driveway as well as street parking if needed. The location was perfect for walking into town to enjoy the many restaurants and shops.'

'Michelle made our experience super easy and memorable! Drive up a private road and a pretty steep hill (4wd a must in winter) to a secluded, beautiful house with plenty of space. Just you and nature. The house itself has all the amenities - full kitchen, sitting areas, and even a wood stove that Michelle started up before we got there. 'This home is a fantastic gathering place, perfect for family time and making great memories! The home is very rustic and vintage which we all loved so much and the beach is just beautiful! Had everything needed for a comfortable stay, plenty of room and grounds are very nice. Washington is in the center of a lot of places to visit and things to do. We had so much fun and amazing quality time together, it was just truly awesome!'

'We loved this little house. Our favorite part was getting out on the water - on the island in the middle of the pond is a picnic table and fire pit! Kitchen and living spaces were just right for us. Everything we needed was provided, and breakfast on the porch is perfect.'

'We stayed here as our base for a week of college tours. Boy, was this the perfect place to come home to each evening to reset. We actually never ate out for dinner, because we wanted to eat in the home and watch the sunset over the lake. We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week. 'This was a great place for our 3-generation gathering. Flexible and spacious with 5 bedrooms and basement laundry/recreation room.Little kids enjoyed watching birds' nests, and playing safely outdoors. The open shed next to the house gave us space for bikes and other eqpt. Kitchen very well equipped, plus grill on the patio and fire pit for smores. 'Lovely home, clean, with spacious, well-finished rooms and AC in each room. Host was timely with responses. Would gladly stay here in the future when visiting the area. A small point- would be nice to have a few more homelike amenities (hair dryer, coffee creamers tissues) and some written instructions about the home (such a WiFi pw) available, however, the host was quickly responsive and overall our watt was excellent.
