Used self check in which was quick and easy. Unfortunately the key card didn’t have information loaded into it so we then had to go through normal check in. Good location and amenities.

This is actually a nice hotel but the internet is awful. We were there for 5 days and most of the time the internet was unusable. We complained about it a few times and they reset it but it only worked for a few hours. Apparently it is an issue they are working on but it was never good the 5 days we were there. Other than that the place is really not bad at all.

The management was very helpful to accommodate us after Expedia failed to send through our booking to them. Clean basic room. Unfortunately the pub across the road is very noisy on weekends.

Very good location. I stayed there for six nights. One day, there was no room cleaning, but the person managed to change the towels and take out the trash. And the only complaint to make was about having cockroaches. Mainly in the kitchen area, there were even cockroaches inside the microwave. I wasn't afraid, so it was fine, but it must be agreed that it was the only bad thing.

Very basic hotel at $250/nt. No gym other than a poor one at a nearby hotel. The room didn't Ven have a toaster. Small fridge with broken door tray so nothing stayed in place. The shower tiles need new grout. Mediocre at best

Have stayed here multiple times because of the great location. Rooms are clean. Our shower was a bit average. We went to the hotel bar for happy hour and the guy working was friendly and made great cocktails :)

Very noisy with guest room doors slamming all night and early morning - many airline crews stay in this hotel and clearly they don't care about waking up other guests when they are checking in or checking out. Possibly hotel staff also slamming doors as were next to a staircase and utility room. Secondly the room sizes are all different and the one we were allocated was smaller than usual - so we were tripping over each other. Erratic hot water in the shower. The checkin was totally stressed with our booking "lost" and it took best part of an hour to complete. Overall not good value for money.

Excellent refurbishment under new ownership. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is good value for money. Would be 5 star except that reception seemed unable to understand my booking when I extended it and at one point locked me out of my room despite me telling them I was staying another night the previous day.

地下鉄MUSEUM駅から徒歩4分、ハイドパークから徒歩3分で交通至便である点は最高。ホテルは昨年2023年11月にRenovation済で全館綺麗で満足。朝食もバイキング方式でまあ満足(7泊滞在で内容がほぼ同じで飽きたが) フロントのスタッフも個人差はあるが、まあフレンドリーでした。ベッドメーキングの女性もにこやかで好感が持てた。以上が良い点。 以降は改善を要する事項。部屋から部屋への館内電話はRoom no.だけ入力で可能とあるが通じない。友人と2人で2部屋利用していたが、ずっと使用できず。ドアー・ロック又はドアー・チェインが無く外部からの往訪時には覗き窓から必ず確認してからドアーを開く必要あり。ロックしたつもりがドアノブを回すと自動開錠される構造のためです。 私はてっきり内線電話の通じない友人が訪ねてきたと思いこみ扉を開たらインド人風の男が立っていた。奴もビックリしたみたい。シャワーは壁に固定されていて日本人の我々には使いづらい。ガラス扉もグラグラで不安定、椅子もなく特に下半身は洗いづらい。 近くにコンビニも2~3件あり観光には便利なホテルだと思います。

Excellent location for the price we paid ( booked 6 months in advance) very friendly front office staff, dining room ( breakfast) people could of been friendlier, and just one Suggestion in the front lobby you definitely need a sign for the reception area as we thought it was only a snack bar… but overall very good .

Some information in the room about how to operate the aircon would have been helpful although once we figured it out it wasn't difficult to operate. I was with my 70 year old mother who would have struggled with the self-service check-in possibly, so guests just need to be aware they will need to feel comfortable with using technology to book in. The location was very convenient with easy access to Museum Station, the Australia Museum, Hyde Park and the art museum.Wi-Fi worked well and amenities were clean and tidy. I would have liked a better reading light. It was too bright to read by without disturbing my mother. Lifts worked well. Shower was good. Great hotel for tourists and sightseers because of cleanliness and convenience to tourist hot-spots and easy access to the station.
