Guest access
You will be provided with an access card to enter into the building and key to the apartment. A secure deposit will be held by Airbnb for the access card and key, once the card and key are retuned and the apartment is kept in clean condition, the deposit will be refunded.

- No smoking inside the room (you will trigger the smoke alarm which is directly linked to the fire station and they will charge a fee for false alarm).
- Have to let us know if you bring an extra person to stay overnight.
- Please respect the privacy and right to quiet enjoyment of neighbours. Strictly no house parties.
- Please leave the apartment in more or less the condition you found it and report any damages at the end of your stay so it can be fixed/ready in time for the next guest.
- Please refrain from using towels to remove makeup.
