'There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!'

'Everything was great except for the TV remote. Channel listing didn't seem to work and there wasn't a printed guide to be found.'

'Other than breakfast being only mildly warm, and lacking in any potato offering, our stay was good. The WiFi is unsecured so I’d advise not using it. The room was spotless, and the bed, though very firm, was comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and nicely maintained. The location is excellent, 1 mile off 75, with restaurants and liquor stores, etc. in close proximity.'

'My room had molded towels, floor towel, trim missing, no coffee , crackheads walking around, room had. Nothing to offer but a bed , tv ....'

'The staff was fabulous but Comfort Suites isn't as nice as it used to be just a few years ago based on this location. Updates are needed to the rooms and the staff is only able to work with what they're given. We left early enough that we were able to partake breakfast so not sure about the included breakfast.'

'Quiet surroundings. Room was small, but well maintained and perfect for an overnight stay on a road trip.'

'We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.'

'Rooms are okay, but not good location to be for than more than 1 night. Rooms are clean. Wifi doesn't work.'
