'Close to the markets and city centre. I only like to give a feedback to the hotel staff, because one night the alarm in the building went off. An announcement follows through the speakers, but it was only in Japanese. Adding an English-voice is better for the international tourists. '

'Hotel is near to train station, very practical. We arrived before check-in time and intended to leave our luggage. However, our room was already available. The room was (as all hotel rooms in Japan) small. The mattress had seen better days and was uncomfortable. The entire hotel is a bit dated, however it suited our needs just fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. '

'Anchor Site is a modern, nicely designed accommodation at a convenient location in Takayama.The apartment is quite large and could easily accommodate us (2 adults + 2 children). Air-conditioning and other facilities were working very well. The place was spotlessly clean and convenient. We felt very comfortable in this house.
