'We found everything to be modern and adequate except for the knives in the kitchen which were very difficult to use. It was nicely decorated and the neighborhood quiet.'

'There is a strange message on the fridge that says a 4 rating is bad because it means there are lots of things to fix. Don't appreciate being pressed to give a 5. The bathtub/shower set up isn't convenient because of the circular curtain it is almost impossible to keep water off the floor when you shower. Fortunately there were extra towels so we could mop up the swamp. The hot tub was nice but we all agreed it had an unusual aroma, like some sort of perfume had been added to the water, or...

'The Grandview house and property far exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoying making meals together in the beautiful kitchen and reminiscing on the deck while taking in the spectacular views. We were fortunate to see lots of wildlife too. We hope to come back next year.'

We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.'
