'Hotel location was convenient, but if another hotel was nearby we might choose that one. Hotel is really showing its age. Room smelled of mildew, including sheets and shower curtain.'

'Rug was dirty, tv did not work, WiFi was unstable.'

'Night and day difference between the rooms shown here and in person. Dark and poorly lit rooms in need of major renovations especially the bathroom of room 32 see pictures.'

'Great place to stay! Breakfast was pretty good, with a great selection. Wonderful location, clean and quiet.'

'Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30.'

'Very comfortable room and excellent customer service'

'The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Interestingly enough the Cook county code requires all residential and commercial bathrooms to have exhaust fans. Also, the staff falsely charged my incidentals for some water they were selling in the lobby and I pointed that out so they had to remove the charge.'

'Clean room easy shuttle access to airport'

'Got welcomed with kind and generous. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was okay, parking lot in front very little amount but they do have a parking garage next to the property very easily accessible. $100 deposit- Parking isn’t free also. But overall stay was nice'
