'Pinnacle Tower is a condominium located near KSL in JB, so be aware that this is not your usual hotel check-in. We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed. Check in was smooth and he kindly explain the facilities in and outside of the apartment to us + informed us of nearby amenities, such as convenience...

'The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.'

'Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers. '

'Redelijk tot goed verblijf. De tweede etage is erg slecht voor ontvangst wifi en tv. Ben verhuisd naar de 1ste etage waar het beter ging. Geen ramen in het midden gedeelte. Op de kamer zelf kan wel wat onderhoud plaatsvinden. Stoel kapot, afdekplaatje wastafel weg, deur kast sluit niet goed. Erg rommelig ontbijt, weinig Westerse gasten. Zoals ik zei redelijk tot goed.'

'This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for. One last thing. The host Patrick...

'Very happy with the cleanliness of the room n bed. Room not the biggest but has everything needed; body form n shampoo, mineral water. Water pressure is good n aircon cold. Even has a hot/cold water dispenser n iron & board along the corridor. A big plus is that car park is in a gated area. Many eateries around the hotel. Reception is available till 9pm. Will stay again if around the area.'

'Overall I was satisfied on the location coz of the nearby golf courses. However having saying that I was disappointed early this morning at 6am I found my car tire was flat. There was a workshop just next & I hve it checked for leak. The mechanic aplied tire pressure & removed the wheels to check for leak. There was no evidence leak, I believe someone released the pressure. Last night I drove out for supper & parked in front of the hotel. '

"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting."
