'청결하고 좋았습니다. 로비에는 담배 냄새가 좀 있는 편인데, 숙소 바로 앞이 버스 정거장 종점이라 어쩔 수 없는 듯 합니다. 저는 금연실이 만실이라 흡연실에서 묵었는데, 담배 냄새가 전혀 나지 않았습니다. 관리를 꽤 괜찮게 하는 듯 합니다(담배냄새에 민감한데 잘 못 느꼈습니다. 특히 공기 청정기도 있어 만족했습니다). 다만, 가족 여행을 오기에는 방이 좀 좁아보입니다. 애인과 단 둘이 쓰는 건 좋아 보입니다.'

'チェックインは、個人情報の登録が必要で、事前登録の顔写真の他に、現地での写真も必要。 前もってURLから確認した方がいいです。 施設はとても綺麗で静か。誰も居ないんじゃないかと思うくらい。 コンロはひとつでしたが、キッチン用品も一通り揃っていたので料理も楽しめた。 洗濯機の洗剤まで完備。 シャワーはミラブル！ 唯一残念なのは、テレビが視聴できなかったことくらい。接続もアンテナもチェックしたがダメ。 あと、エアコンも少しカビがついてた WiFiが快適だったので、音楽流して過ごしました。'

'Great for value in a very convenient location in Tokyo. Lots of space. 3 bedroom and a large living and dining area. Very convenient train station to Narita airport and other parts of Tokyo. Liked the view of the Tokyo Skytree from the two bedrooms. Would have preferred if wifi information was available ahead of time instead of having to ask the host. Also condition of the apartment could have been slightly better. Cracked window, dusty floors and would have appreciated some tea/coffee and...

'The Toe Library is a gem. Yoshi was such a wonderful host that my 9-year-old daughter is still talking about our time there. Would recommend for anyone seeking personal Japanese hospitality at its finest and amenities you never knew you needed ... colored pencils, music player, Mt. Fuji bath products and a neat little book collection.'

'Good sized studio with everything you would need for a long stay: full kitchen, laundry with drying feature in bathroom. No smart TV though, which seems to be the norm in Japan's hotels, and is kind of surprising being so technologically advanced.'

'The space is large for the cost. Bathroom facilities are very good. Overall location is very convenient to getting around Tokyo. The clothes washer is a very large benefit. If we would visit again, we would seek a similar room on a lower floor.'
