I'll start with the positive things:
The hotel staff is friendly, the toilets are kept clean and the showers work great. My room was small, but that didnt bother me. If you're on a budget in Tokyo, and you don't mind walking only 12 minutes to the closest station, then I would recommend this place.
My only negativity is about the following:
The walls are thin, if you have talkative neighbours, you will hear them. Its not that bad i.e. you wont loudly hear what they're exactly saying, but it was enough to annoy me at times.
