Our home is situated in the heart of the sought-after area of Carrollwood
Village. Tucked away in a family-friendly neighborhood, yet minutes away from
many attractions. Explore the local restaurants and bars. Venture out to nearby
historical sites, famous Busch Gardens, the Tampa Bay Zoo, Downtown area,
local beaches, parks, nature reserves, world-class golf courses, and the Tampa
International airport are all within easy reach of our property. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a longer stay, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Book your stay today and come make lasting memories at the Lake Ellen Cottage.

Here are some additional rules and information we would like our guests to follow. No smoking or vaping is permitted at any time inside the house. If you smoke outside, please make sure not to throw/leave cigarettes around the patio area, especially in the synthetic grass. This can cause a fire, and it can damage the grass. There is a separate mother-in-law apartment on the right/back side of the property. The tenant parks two vehicles on the right side of the property. Please do not block parking. Park only on the driveway or to the left side of the driveway. There are exterior front/back cameras. Please do not tamper with cameras. DO NOT flush any disposable items, such as wipes, tampons, sanitary products, Q-tips. There are trash can receptacles in each bathroom. If the BBQ is used, please make sure to clean it after. Please do not leave any exterior doors open at any time. It is very hot outside, and the AC works extra hard if the temperature is not maintained. There are makeup removal towels in each bathroom vanity. Please use those, not the white washclothes. You are welcome to use any of the supplies we provided. Once they are used up, you are responsible for replenishing them. Please be courteous to our neighbors; this is a nice, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 9 am.
