The accommodation looks like a building what used to be a great hotel back in the days. The rooms are spacious and there is free breakfast included with freshly made omelet. However the carpet is full of spots, the bathroom full of molt and little insects. The hotel experienced a few power interruptions during our stay. The location is on walking distance of the city center with nice restaurants for a good diner.

For sure this once was a great hotel
For sure this once was a great hotel but this was 2-3 decades ago. Maintenace is very poor and rooms are really in need of new furniture. Good location and spacy rooms

Mooi gebouw op goede locatie maar gedateerd.
Hotel personeel waren vriendelijk, met name van restaurant. Locatie was perfect. In 5 min loop je naar de winkels en restaurants v Tanah Rata. Hotel is een mooi gebouw. Jammer dat ze het niet renoveren om het hotel te upgraden.

Mooi hotel van buiten maar binnen erg gedateerd , kamers oud en hebben dringend renovatie nodig! Personeel wel heel vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam en ontbijt voldoende.

Vriendelijk personeel, de kamers zijn niet schoon
Ligging van het hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam. De kamers zijn daar in tegen gedateerd en niet schoon. Het ontbijt was goed en variabel, we hebben er 1 keer warm gegeten wat weer tegen viel!

Groot, mooi aangelegd hotel, grote familliekamers
Het is een groots mooi hotel, goed onderhouden en goed gelegen op wandelafstand van Tanah Rata (200m) Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en rijkelijk Mooie binnentuin, zeker een aanrader! Dineren buiten het hotel natuurlijk! Ook zeker een volle daguitstap boeken, wij deden het bij C&S tours. Wel vragen achter een jeep en geen busje.

De kamers van het Heritage hotel zijn erg gedateerd en niet schoon. Bedden zijn oud en de badkamer is helemaal vol schimmel. Prijs /kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

Prachtig gelegen oud hotel weinig service
In de Cameroon Highlands moeten ze het niet hebben van de service of de gastvrijheid. Daar in tegen ligt dit hotel wel prachtig gelegen met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Ze zouden wel wat moeten doen om met de tijd mee te gaan maar dat zit er voorlopig niet in. Verwacht hier geen internetservice enz maar als je voor de natuur of wandelen komt zit je hier goed.

Relax vakantie
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was zeer ruim. Het bed is niet echt king size, het is wel breed, maar niet meer dan 2meter lang (mijn voeten staken er uit, terwijl ik 1,85 m ben). Het geheel ziet er erg leuk uit in een soort engelse sfeer. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Activiteiten: We hebben zelf een dagje een tour geboekt (in het stadje is het goedkoper dan in het hotel) en we hebben een dag zelf rondgelopen met een wandelkaartje, erg relax.

Einfach gehaltene Unterkunft, die sehr alt ist. Das Bad war sehr veraltet und eine Renovierung könnte dem Bad gut tun. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Booked 4 rooms and they were not clean with doors and many cupboards damaged. Towels not very clean. Rooms also got many insects. Tap without proper cap resulting in water spraying instead of flowing down when turned on.

Booked two rooms and found out that one side can be hotter and the other side cool depending on direction of sun. No AC units to cools the hot side, Also extra surprise charges were requested upon check in and in addition Expedia choice of breakfast included does mean that and was a place where breakfast was chargeable.

Noisy - all voices from reception echoed upstairs to my room. Rooms are very dated and bathrooms grimy. Window in my room didn’t shut properly as latch was broken. Rubbish all round the grounds. Staff were very pleasant.

Das Heritage ist noch ein Hotel der alten Schule mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Service. Zimmerservice und Frühstück waren von guter Qualität und es gibt viel Platz und Services im Hotel, sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Einzig die Aktualität der Ausstattung und Zustand der Möbel ist für uns Anlass zur Kritik.

Huge dilapidated 1970s hotel. It has charm but you need to be ready for everything being a bit broken. Watch that they dont try and charge you a foreigner tax on top of the tourism tax, it doesnt apply until 2025.

This hotel needs renovating & some new staff. Our first room had a lot of ants so we were moved to a room that had fewer ants. Service was not available in the lounge areas, the bar was closed & the "fitness centre" was just a few treadmills. Most of the staff were rude, particularly to my wife. Only one woman at the front desk was pleasant.

창문걸이가 고장나서 살짝 열려있었고 이것때문에 밤에 잘때 너무 추웠다. 창문틀에 개미가 엄청 많았는데 약을 많이 뿌려서 바닥이 미끄러웠다. 그래도 약때문에 침대에는 개미가 올라오지 않았다. 샤워실에 샤워기는 해바라기 샤워기만 있었는데 미지근한 물만 나와서 좀 추웠다

Nice stay
Oveall nice property with a garden and nice views, large room, lovely view from the balcony, short walk to Tanah Rata but we rather enjoyed that it and walked twice back and forth each day. Breakfast is average and can be improved, and there's a musty smell in the room possibly due to moist furniture that some reviews already mention that the hotel should fix.

We had a great stay in this hotel and we upgraded our room that had a fantastic view of the hills and the village. The room simply massive and it was so relaxing just sitting in the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The only problem we had was the television being too loud and we could not adjust the volume of the sound and the cover for the handset of the tv conrol was missing. We informed the front desk but they did not do anything about it. We had not attempted to turn the tv on again. The food in the restaurant not good. We had wonderful Tandoori chicken meals down in a restaurant in he village. We were able to buy fruits from the fruit stalls next to the car park which is on the way to the hotel up the hill.

We booked the room with a kid and we paid additional guest charge as well. But then hotel insists to pay for extra towel and bottle. Theyeven said I need to pay for breakfast for the kid. Eventually after having a discussion with the staff and management they made an exception. This is something that they need to have the clarity

Hotel all the carpet is dirty including the public area and rooms. Coffee Stain in the room carpet not remove or clean. Very bad impression about the cleanliness. Must have big improvement cleaning change all new carpet. Breakfast choice not much too few options. Not recommend people come to stay again. Price not cheap but poor quality.
