'My friends and I planned a one night getaway to meet up since we all live in different states. This was a central location - which we booked over a week in advance. As we were about to arrive I messaged to get the arrival information (mind you I’ve received all accurate emails up until check in : confirmation, about your trip, “here’s your keys”) and the host said it was not available and cancelled it. Leaving us with no where to stay (everything had a 2 night minimum or was booked!) and no...

'Excellent location, smooth check-in process, well maintained clean house with all necessities. Thank you!'

'Both the house and host were great. The house was in great shape, clean, comfy and with anything we might needed. 100% recommend!!'

'I had the pleasure of being the very first guest to stay at this property. The host was very helpful prior to booking providing extra details of the property since the outside area is not yet complete. The interior was very nice, everything was clean, exactly as pictured in the listing and the mini Nespresso machine was great. The location was perfect for people visiting Saugerties or Woodstock, both only a few minutes away. I visited for the night for a concert at Bearsville Theatre and it was...

'The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The only problem I had was we didn’t know that one of the room didn’t had AC and in the middle of the night it was too hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. They have fan for that one room but that didn’t help at...

'The perfect stay in the Catskills! Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean, easy access to restaurants close by, and Daniel was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!'

'Nice home, spacious, and conveniently located minutes from Hunter. I would stay here again. '

'Lovely build-out, thoughtful details all around the house. Beautiful spot! Appliances feel quite outdated though, and many dishes in the cabinets were dirty. '

'The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.'
