'The property was semi-cleaned when we arrived. Although a male staff member was very helpful at the bar, the sofa and the carpet was covered in pet hair. We had to put blankets of our own over the chairs as we did not see them fit to sit on. We also had put our yoga mats on the carpet as we did not see it fit for the children to play Lego or games on. The beds were not made and general cleanliness we expected for the price was not there. The flat had pet odour and we had to keep the doors open...

'Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all.
Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.'

'We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location '

'Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV.
