Breakfast - very good
Room - we were on 13 floor and view was fantastic and size was good.
Hot spring - fantastic view

Location - it’s a bit far from center
Staff - there was no service at all. You will need to go down to lobby for “everything” such as towels, pillows … toilet paper. They won’t do any delivery.
Room - it got really noisy in the morning
Hot spring - you need to bring the towel from your room.

'Beautiful new property. Outstanding staff from checkin to checkout. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar/pub style restaurant attached. The rooms are small,(that’s Tokyo), but very very nice. Close to 2 subway stations! The Airport Limousine Bus stops here, very convenient.'

'It was ok to stay here: clean and quiet room.
The bus stops right in front of the hotel, but its a 15 min walk to the closest subway.
Some supermarkets closeby as well.
Overall: bit pricey for what you get there.'

'Het hotel is heel mooi, maar voor die prijs verwacht je toch wat meer service.
De meerderheid van de personeel sprak zeer slecht engels.
De kamer is heel mooi, maar bleek uiteindelijk toch niet zo praktisch. Er waren verschillende gebreken zoals weinig plaats om uw bagage te stouwen.
Je moet zelf inchecken en dat gaat niet zo eenvoudig. Tot nog toe heb dit enkel maar meegemaakt in budgethotels.
Het ontbijt was ondermaats zeker voor de prijs die we betaalden. Wij zagen een ober de vaatdoek...

'I really loved our stay here. We wanted to stay somewhere a bit away from the major tourist spots but it was close enough to walk to nearby train stations. Lots of stores are closed late at night but we had a ramen spot that we went to at midnight and they close at 4am. It was about a minute walk away. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and one of the biggest bonuses of this hotel is how spacious the rooms are. The shower/tub was luxury feeling at a good price. Beds are hard but we didn’t...
