'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

'Dit hotel was een goede uitvalsbasis in alle richtingen van Tokyo. Het is rustig gelegen vlakbij een metrostation en een shopping mall. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt.'

'Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'

'Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.'

'Not the best hotel for the price. Check in experience was bad and so was the check out. Had to plead for help with the luggage transfers to and from the room. Was made to pay 1500 Yen as disposal fee for an empty suitcase which we could not bring with us. Location is far from the happening places. You have to pay for basic amenities like Gym and Pool. ONESEN was a good feature and the views are nice.'
