'This hotel is located in a relatively green and spacious area. There are plenty of opportunities for quiet walks through the parks or along the waterways, which I found quite pleasant. That’s not to say there’s nothing else to do nearby: there are multiple event spaces and shopping malls in the area, and more than enough dining options too. If, however, you want your hotel to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, this one is not for you. Getting to the more central parts of Tokyo is easy...

'It was ok to stay here: clean and quiet room. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, but its a 15 min walk to the closest subway. Some supermarkets closeby as well. Overall: bit pricey for what you get there.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'

'素泊まりに利用しました。室内はシングルのマットレスが4枚敷いてあり、大人2人と子供2人が寝るには十分な広さでした。上の階が改修中でしたが、騒音等感じることはありませんでした。'

'Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.'

'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

'This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.'

'4년 전쯤 방문하고 이번이 두번째 방문인데 2층이 리모델링 되면서 더 깔끔해졌습니다. 완전 독채 빌라라서 소음에 크게 구애받지 않아도 되서 좋았습니다. 2층이 침실이고(싱글침대 4개) 1층에 코타츠가 있어서 술 사와서 밤에 마시기 좋습니다. 4명이서 친구 혹은 가족 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔보다 더 재밌는 경험이 될 수 있습니다.'
