Because we changed our reservation from the 28th of June to the 21st, the rate had changed and we were due a refund. My bank has already paid 95.00 for the room that was booked for the 28th. When should I expect the refund? Very disappointing room conditions'

'The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.'
