'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum.
Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '

'Dit us gewoon een paradijs! Echt heerlijk geslapen in de goede bedden. Je loopt zo het strand op, prachtige locatie en ook het eten was goed. Heerlijke douches en geweldige sfeer. Echte aanrader, lekker rustig, terwijl de snorkel excursie op letterlijk 50 meter zit.'

'My stay at Ikal was phenomenal. I was looking for an opportunity to enjoy a wellness experience and they delivered. The room was just as advertised and they had a wonderful schedule of activities. The location in the national park gave us access to several beach clubs and restaurants along the beach so I could really explore the area.
The staff was amazing, super communicative and accommodated our needs/addressed any questions.
Would definitely return during peak season or visit their sister...

'I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins.
It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...

"The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better.
To start with the positive things:
+ Really nice park setting
+ Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps)
+ Near/at de beach
+ Clean shared bathrooms
+ No loud music and no noice during the night
+ Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom
Negative things or things that you should be aware of are:
-/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example)
-/- some waiters only busy with getting tips instead of giving good an nice service
-/- no breakfast included. Its available for aroud 10 usd
-/- no shop at the camping or in the area for buying small food and drinks
-/- park entrance not included in de price of the accommodation. More than 20 usd a person and only valit for one day. So when you leave the National park to go to Tulum center for example, you have pay again!
-/- be aware that the beach front tents dont have beach view!!! Its better to book garden view. Aldo less noice from the ocean.
