On the top floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, fully equipped and integrated with a large living-dining area. From here, you can access a terrace with spectacular sea views—perfect for enjoying breakfast at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset.

The middle floor houses two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with three single beds. This level also features a second, spacious and modern full bathroom.

On the lower floor, you’ll enjoy a secondary kitchen connected to a living-dining area with direct access to the pool area. There are also two additional bedrooms: one very spacious with a double bed and a double daybed—ideal for accommodating up to 3 guests—and another bedroom with a double bed. This floor includes a third full bathroom.

Outdoors, a spectacular private heated pool with a waterfall awaits you, surrounded by gardens, sun loungers, and cosy corners designed for relaxation. There is also an outdoor toilet for added convenience during sunny days. The villa also includes a large private garage and is located in a very quiet area—perfect for unwinding or working remotely in a peaceful, comfortable environment.

Important Notes:• The pool is heated free of charge up to 22 °C. If you wish to increase the temperature to 28 °C, an additional cost of €15 per day applies. This service is available upon request and must be arranged at least 2 days in advance to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature by your arrival.• All villa facilities are available for guests to enjoy. However, the bedrooms on the lower floor will only be made available for bookings of more than 5 guests, with one additional bedroom opened for every 2 extra guests.
