We have off road private parking but if you don’t like parking on a slope we do have lots of space to park on the road to the side of the villa.

We have loads of seating in the living and dining area and we painted maintain our villa constantly. The open aspect to the rear is a real treat for long sunny days topping up that tan. We have private parking and we also have parking on the road near the villa. We can't wait to welcome you to the villa once again in the future.

We have taken your comments into account and replaced all the towels. We continuously maintain the villa to the highest standards and will re check any painting that may be required in the villa. The beds are quite new and not to everybody's liking I guess but again we will look at this. The pool is fabulous for cooling off and great for kids as it's not too deep. We do hope to see you once again in the future.

Thank you for your lovely review. We have super fast WiFi in the property for all guests to use free of charge. Oasis is a private pool area in the village with a restaurant and slides etc for the kids or just relax in the Villas own Private Pool where you can actually see the sea whilst bathing. Everything is just a few short steps away from the villa so no need for Taxis. great Spot on the coast with lovely views across the ocean to the island of La Gomera.

Thank you for your review although we are deeply disappointed you did not find the villa to your expectations. Without an explanation to exactly why the villa is not luxurious it will be hard to respond to this point. The swimming pool is 1.2 mtrs deep and my 6ft 4inch son swims in it every time we are at the villa. The pool is also great the little ones. The Patio is plenty big enough for 8 people to sunbath comfortably and the outside dining table is perfectly placed to enjoy the sea views. We don't have a landfill site to the rear so not sure how to answer this one as to the rear of the patio is the sea and a barranca. The views are fabulous having the mountain on one side and the sea on the other side of the patio. The patio is perfectly placed to receive allay sun which is fantastic. We work very hard to ensure each guest has the most amazing holiday and my housekeeper is just at the other end of a phone should any guest have an issue with anything at all.

The Villa is located in an amazing position just a few seconds walk from the centre of the village but on the coast with the waves crashing against the rock face to the rear is just lovely to fall to sleep listening too. Thank you for your lovely review we are delighted you enjoyed your holiday at our beautiful villa and found the property to be spacious and well kept. The location of our villa is fantastic being close to the Village Centre, The Local Bus Stop, The Beach, The Marina and The Shops and Restaurants all within a 2 minutes walk. Los Gigantes is just perfect for all ages although it's mostly populated by Families and Couples. Entertainment is available at most Bars & Restaurants although all outside Music is off by 11.30pm (by Law). Our beautiful villa is great for a refreshing plunge and a cool down, you can even see the sea when your in the pool. The Villa importantly receives full sunshine from dawn until dust so no waiting for the sun to arrive in the morning. The Views, well if you like seeing the boats sail past whilst you are sunbathing then our villa really is the holiday destination for you as the views from the terrace and balcony are awesome. WiFi is available at all the Cafes, Bars and Restaurants for free although with technology moving on so fast it's just as easy and cost effective to use your mobile devices or even connect your PC to your phone using The Personal Hot Spot so you can surf the net just by using your phone connection.

Thank you for your review, I'm disappointed you didn't find my beautiful villa met your standards although in review you verbally told me at the villa you was very ill and that you required a clinical enviroment. We maintain and clean our villa each and every time when a guest leaves and again before a new guest arrives. Our hygiene and cleaning standards are meticulouly upheld throughout our cleaning process as indicated throughout all the other 5 star reviews we have received. The back story to your review is simply you did have friends staying who again through illness could not attend the holiday and I felt as though you really wanted me to create an "on the spot discount" for this which could not have been given at such sort notice. We endeavour to ensure we do all we can for all our guests at all times providing we have the lead time to suffice. I'm unsure what you mean by the description of the villa as it's I identical to what you can see on the pictures, the wording as advertised on the website. A totally unfair review driven by other motives designed to mislead future guests and destroy my business.

Thank you for your review & we are please you found our Villa to be in an Excellent Location. We are disappointed you had issue, which we will address below. You mentioned a door entry system but we have no door entry system to our villa which leaves us slightly confused. Our Sun Lounger Mattress's are only 4 weeks old, we have examined them and they are as new condition with no marks on them whatsoever so again we are unsure of what your comment relates too. Our Private Pool has no marks on it whatsoever and indeed is spotlessly clean as is our terrace area which is cleaned twice weekly by Juan (our Gardner) and by Janie & Gary (our villa managers) before each guest arrival. Indeed on arrival at our Meet & Greet you commented to Janie "What a beautiful & clean Villa". Prior to arrival you asked for extra towels which we happily provided a total of 6 bath towels and 6 hand towels for both yourself and your partner as only 2 people where staying in the villa for the 17 nights. Every Bed in the villa is made up ready for our guests arrival and an extra set of bed linen is left in the villa for each bed. We have checked the shower head and it's working perfectly. As most Villas have neighbours they are entitled to carry out repair work from time to time to their property and as for my neighbours beautiful pet sausage dog, yes it will bark if it see's somebody but only for a minute as it's normally inside as it's much too hot for him outside. My Property is merticulously maintained and cleaned continuously by my staff ensuring our guests have the very best experience at our wonderful villa. Our Villa is self catering and we have a utility room with a washing machine, Iron and Ironing Board should guests with to wash certain items during their stay. As mentioned earlier we find your review very confusing and extremely misleading to other guests. We cannot understand why you never made contact with us during the 17 night night stay to report any of the said issues. We encourage our guest to report any issue they may have so we can rectify it immediately during their stay but unfortunately if you don't make contact we are unable to help. I don't believe your review is balanced and it is extremely unfair. To-date we have 18 Fantastic Independant Guest Reviews with 15 guest's rating our villa as 5 star and One Gust rating our villa as 4 star with comments such as "Highly Recommended" "Absolutely Stunning - What a Location" "Just Perfect!" are they all wrong?

Thank You for your lovely review, it's very much appreciated. The trip to the villa from the airport should only take around 30 minutes now as the new exit road has been opened on the TF1, or you could still take the coastal road if one wished to do so.
