'Dit hotel is gebouwd als een aantal aaneengesloten blokken met steeds een eigen open binnenplaats met een fontein. Heel sfeervol. De kamer is schoon en middelgroot. Goed bed. Raam kan open en heeft hor. Uitmuntend ontbijt. Dit is een heel gezellige plek vergeleken met de standaard hotels. Rond het zwembad kun je ook heerlijk zitten.'

'Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor.'

'The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room'

'Este ha sido nuestro hotel preferido siempre que visitamos la ciudad. En esta ocasión la habitación tenía un mal olor, como a viejo o mojado, fue algo incómodo.Sin embargo el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y precio.'

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'El desayuno muy pobre. El cuarto no fue arreglado porque no tienen personal suficiente. Almohadas del año 1860 muy incómodas. No tuvimos agua caliente y no yuvimos Wifi pir un día. No recomiendo este hotel.'

'Great option in Tucson. Friendly staff that cares. Nice amenities, including a terrific gym. The property is a 1980’s design, and will need some updating in the years to come, but it’s all very well maintained. About 20 min to UofA if visiting a child. Only criticism would be the lack of a concierge. We were there over a long, and very high occupancy weekend, so it would have been a very nice amenity (eg. 'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot.'
