'My husband and I arrived with our bikes and enthusiasm! We hiked at Mannawaska State Park, and swam in their lovely lake as well. There are bike paths just near their home. Our hosts Anat and Jaime were lovely and attentive to our needs. The comfort of having a great sleep could be had due to the bed which was very comfortable! We had a fabulous time hiking, swimming, biking and relaxing.'

'This house was perfect for 2adults. The property is well maintained and has more amenities than we got around to using. Great nostalgic decor. Fully equipped kitchen with one appliance missing…a dishwasher. Otherwise a very cozy vacation!'

'Diana’s property was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends. We enjoyed the art, food and music of Woodstock and a side trip to Bethel to check out the Woodstock Museum. Diana’s home was a comfortable place to retreat to after our days of exploring. We would love to make it an annual event. '

'We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.'

'This was a perfect fit for visiting nearby family. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of a babbling brook. The property’s offerings were great inside and out. Although Wi-Fi is available, there was virtually no cell service. (of which the host warned us) if communicating with anyone with an android, be prepared to use an app like messenger or WhatsApp. Overall, I would definitely stay again.'

'My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!'

'Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. Hopefully owner will correct this review if that’s not the case. Things to know: Bring bug spray and...
