'The place was clean and breakfast was goog'

'You can’t beat the location for all the shops on Park Avenue in Winter Park. The property is charming and historic. There is an adjacent restaurant/bar, which is convenient. If you are a light sleeper, you may notice the sounds of a train, here and there, since the track is close to the hotel.'

'The motel staff is friendly. We first had a room with a leaking toilet. But they gave us an other room. We are happy visitors.'

'Nighttime staff was friendly. Shower had hair in it when we arrived. Stay shows it includes continental breakfast, however in the morning there was no breakfast set up and I was told since I book with Expedia I dont get breakfast. Staff in the morning was rude.'

'Bottle water is not being refill when cleaning out room. Not sure if we have to pay extra for the bottle water. Body soap was not refill either, have to call the front desk for when we arrive back to hotel late and tired.'
