Staff was friendly but didn’t go out of their way (we were there to celebrate an accomplishment of my child and definitely let them know… to which they suggested I pay for an upgrade… even a little handwritten “great job kid we’re so proud of you” would have gone a long way.) Noise traveled easily into our room but quiet hours were respected so we got good sleep. Wish...

'The romantic cottage was just what we needed. Only thing we could possibly say we didn’t like was the entrance to the property off of the road. It was pretty tight, but thankfully it’s not too busy and we never had any issues with people coming or going at the same time that we were.'

Only drawbacks were limited seating in our room (stayed in the Quad) and both bars were closed by 11 pm on a Thursday night.
