'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'

'I booked this hotel for a June weekend. The website showed a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed. The lady at the front desk was rude and said it was listed on the website that the pool was closed, basically not her problem. I was specifically looking for a hotel with an outdoor pool when I made this reservation. It was not and is still not listed that the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to the pool so I lost money and went elsewhere.'

'​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget.'
