We did NOT like the confusion between Expedia & Keystone pursuant to the exact room we were given notice by Expedia that we booked, only to arrive to find we were placed in another room without the amenities (fireplace) we wanted. The manager was very informative about the history of the house, which we found interesting.
Staff in general were knowledgeable about places to visit beyond the battle grounds, dinning options and some specifics about touring the National Park.

'This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay both times. Very convenient location, nice people, good breakfast. My one criticism would be that we were never able to get the room cooled off, making it a little difficult to sleep.'

'Honestly, this hotel is awesome! The staff was sooo nice, pool is smaller but we didn’t care. Location was everything! Right near all the battlefields. A minute drive from downtown.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was 8/10. Typical hotel breakfast..but we all found something we liked :) '
