'There is a per day charge for parking in an open lot that is not stated when booking. Bathroom had black hair in the sink and toilet so was not cleaned. There was gum on the floor. Suite had no bedding for pull out and I had to call twice to get it and took 45 min then had no comforter or blankets. Late night staff seemed extremely upset about helping with this issue. Do not recommend '

'HORRIBLE, location was seedy by a bus stop. Room didn't have working heat or air conditioning, my shades in my room on first floor were broken and the curtains didn't close, so people could see in. This was my second room as the first one was worse! The maintenance guy brought me a fan but even though it was 40 outside, my room wouldn't get cooler than 77 degrees. The bedding was old and threadbare. Since I booked on expedia I could not get a refund! This is the worst place I have EVER...

'16 year olds do not need to be in the hot tub alone! What i saw was inappropriate so me and my guest left. I told front desk to make sure an adult was accompanied but staff didnt do anything. Seemed like they were watching the show on camera, just disgusting!'

'This hotel was a wonderful home away for a week. It is immaculate. Very attentive staff. The underground parking was such a welcome surprise during a snowstorm. Pool is clean, great hot tub and fitness. Proximity to a fantastic restaurant and grocery. '

'We look forward to our valentines stay here. The food is delicious. There’s a gorgeous truffle display at check in. The staff is always above and beyond and it’s quiet. Even the hot tub has a quiet relaxation. The heavenly bed is the best sleep and lounging. We love to just relax in it after dinner and fall asleep. Definitely recommend!!'
