'Breakfast is an order-based presentation. The room is quite formal and attractive, but I would prefer a buffet and a less formal environment. The hotel is 160 meters from the Trevi Fountain, and the area around the hotel is literally packed with people. It isn't pleasant. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. 'This was our third time at H10 and was just as great this time as the previous ones. The room is nice and had a great view. The staff are all very welcoming and kind. The rooftop bar continues to be amazing and providing great drinks and amazing views of Rome. Being able to walk to some many of the sights is an added bonus. '

'Made several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didn’t hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. '
