'The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.'

'This is a simple studio in a good location -- about a mile from front street and in walking distance to a couple of good sandwich shops and a grocery store. Parking is inside a garage. It is below another unit and there can be noise from above but that was not a big deal.'

'This was a great get away in a lovely townhome located right outside of downtown Traverse City. The townhome was very clean and updated with new appliances etc. Everything about it checked all of the boxes and would definitely recommend for people needing a place to stay in Traverse City!'
