'New, Beautiful, clean property. There is a big problem with noise from the road. The beds & windows shake when a car or truck passes by the building. Even in the shower you can hear the cars go by. I reached out to property manager and asked them to call me. They only wanted me to text them. They offered to send 2 sound machines. That did not fix the problem. I asked to be moved to an interior unit and they said not possible. I visited with other residents and they felt the same shaking as well....

'We enjoyed staying at the Hilltop Hideaway, it was as described and clean! The property manager John was great and accommodated what we needed and he quickly answered our questions. The property is easy to get to Traverse City but had a rural location. We would definitely stay again.'
