'Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Could do with a bit of maintenance in poolarea. Breakfast arrangements somewhat strange. Overall a good stay. '

'The hotel is older and repairs to moldings, caulking etc are not well done. Doors are scuffed BUT it is clean and the staff is super polite and helpful. My only real complaint is that the room air conditioning is LOUD and I had a hard time sleeping. If that was remedied, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.'

'Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay.'

'The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room'

'Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.'

'Heel mooi sfeervol hotel. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het switchen van kamer (vanwege geluid door werkzaamheden) was geen enkel probleem. Kamer was schoon en bedden waren prima.'

'The room was filthy. It had a bowl filled with butter honey in the kitchenette. When I found that, I realized the floor by the fridge was super sticky. I put the bowl at reception. Why was the toilet seat up when I arrived? Why was there honey butter on the nightstand? Rm 224. When I complained, no one even cared! Sheesh! Full refund please!!!'

'We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were my favorites. They both were very well maintained. The breakfast was a full breakfast not just continental.'
