'Not worth it, get a hotel where they actually take care of the property. If you’re going to have this low of quality for a vacation rental don’t rent out to strangers, just leave it up to the professionals and keep it as a beach house for yourself. Major problem was they didn’t even have hot water. They use a propane tank to heat the shower, and don’t seem to have hot water anywhere else.
