'The location of this was perfect for us. We went to 2 nights of concerts at the pavilion and the drive was very easy. The location to food and activities was also great! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was phenomenal, communicative, and even helped us out when we arrived with a flat tire! We look forward to making this "our spot" when we come up for concerts in the future!'

'This was a very disappointing stay. There was a strong smell of curry around the entrance of the room, by the sink which was quite off putting. I had to put towels under the door to prevent the smell from coming in. Moreover, the room had not been cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the floor of the open closet that had ants all over the next day. I was glad to be leaving the next day as it was just an overnight stop. 'De kamer is ruim de badkamer is wat klein, maar de douche is met glazen schuifdeur .🙂 Het ontbijt viel ons wat tegen, gezien onze eerdere ervaringen bij Best Western hotels deze reis. '

'Very happy with our stay!'

'Excellent facilities and very helpful staff, enjoyed the lake view, fireplace and glamorous sheets. Restaurant on-site was great and breakfast was good. Thanks you'

'My only problem was with the door to our room. There was a significant gap between the door and top half of the doorframe that allowed the bright light from the hallway into our room. Maintenance was sent but there really wasn’t much that could be done. I was given extra towels to cover the gap the best I could. They couldn’t move us to another room due to being booked full.'

'The facility was fine. The room was terrible. The noise from the interstate was the loudest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I had earplugs in and was still woken up multiple times by trucks going by. The pillows were useless. Bed was decent.'

'Goed en net hotel. Wel een beetje ouderwets. Ligt vlak tegen het centrum van Concord, dus alles is te lopen. Vlak bij de grote wegen. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Grote TV voor alle zenders. Restaurant ligt tegen hotel aan, dus binnendoor te bereiken. Zwembad, bubbelbad en sauna zijn prettig.'

'great place!! very nice front desk lady, great coffee, clean pool and hot tub, comfy beds!! no problems with parking! we ll be back!'
