'The staff were amazingly kind and helpful to us. The rooms were clean and always furnished with coffee pods, and clean towels. They provided water and sprite daily in our frig. Very accommodating in every way! Not only at the hotel, but they also helped us to find taxi drivers and destinations we inquired about. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you everyone! '

'Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. 'This nicely renovated building is located exactly in between The Old City and Mahane Yehuda Market (the shuk), both within short walking distance (+/- 15 min.). We have stayed here for 6 nights and were pleased by the kind staff. Throughout our stay we have been treated excellent by the hotel staff, and the owner took care of us like a true gentleman. 'I’ve booked one night and then have booked another one since it was really nice. The only thing would be nicer to improve, is communication between the flat company and the client. Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking. I would love to get back here on my next trip. '

'I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking. 'The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem.
