'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

'Lovely home for a peaceful, quiet beachfront getaway. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The beach access is close and the porch has some amazing views of the ocean. We also had a person in a wheelchair and walker and the elevator was a great addition. '

'The owners of the house are responding to any questions very quickly: great communication. The house is on three levels with middle level where everybody meet together and eat. The other two levels are for sleeping, which gives a lot of privacy. The views on both sides from each level are beautiful. The house is super close to the beach. Very convenient for families with small children.'

'The host was very welcoming and helpful!! The house is gorgeous, we didn’t want to leave!! Loved the ambiance of the fireplace and its extra heat!! Also, the views were spectacular!! The only recommendation that I have is maybe just have a few starter kitchen needs like a few trash bags, baggies, salt and pepper, etc. We were there for just a long weekend so I didn’t bring those things. All of the soaps were really watered down. The only other thing would be maybe some extra blankets. Very minor...
