'We had a fantastic week here celebrating a special family milestone! The house and location were great, just steps from the beach and amazing sunset views across the canal. The place is overflowing with amenities: tons of kitchen supplies, beach gear, kayaks, and we even tried paddleboarding for the first time. The pool was a hit—used multiple times a day—and we loved the fun tiki vibe. John and his property caretaker were available when needed. Everyone in the family had a great time!'

'We have been renting beach cottages on Topsail Beach for 32 years and Margaritaville is the best one we have been privileged to occupy! It is extremely well laid out, is well appointed, has the best view of the beach by far, and the elevator made it a breeze to get all our stuff in and out!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!'
