'Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc....

'The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. 'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...
