'I stayed at Avani Adelaide Residences and while the room itself was well presented and comfortable, the stay was let down by a lack of basic functionality. The internet did not work properly for most of the stay, which meant the TV and in-room phone were also unusable. On the second night, I had to go to a different room on another floor just to use a working TV and internet, which was inconvenient and disrupted the evening. Unfortunately, this ended up ruining what was meant to be a relaxed...

'Wonderful property, large 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor, with kitchen, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine & clothes rack. 2 minutes walk to Hutt St, for lots of bars and restaurants, also on Hutt St buses for the loop route. Free parking on Hume St (weekend only). Hume St is a nice quiet street. Perfect for long or short stays. I will definitely recommend to others.'

'Prima ruimte, met veel voorzieningen. 2 slaapkamers. Badkamer was oké, wel wat verouderd. Wel super handig dat er een wasmachine en droger in de badkamer was. Woonkamer met keuken, bank, tafel en stoelen en tv. Wel wat verouderd allemaal, maar nog in redelijk goede staat. '
