'This is an excellent location, about a 10 minute walk to the east gate of Belair National Park which is a great attraction. 'Really enjoy the property ! We stayed for 2 months and loved its location close to the bus and tram stop to take you into cbd or the beach. The bbq was great initially they bbq had no gas but the staff came and replaced it for us ! They also came biweekly to cut the grass. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. We would happily stay here again ! '

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster."
