'We were visiting our older son, a ETSU graduate that decided to stay in JC. The unit was a great size. Allowed us to have a couple of family dinners and catch up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is a challenge, but that is typical of any downtown location. As is encounters with homeless and others coming from clubs. We NEVER felt threatened or unsafe. Walls are thin. 'I came to Johnson City to visit family. My elderly mother and my handicapped sister were with me. The only problem was getting up and down an 11 inch step into the bathroom. But we managed. The only other thing was we could hear the owners upstairs moving about, talking and their dog barking. The house is centrally located to everything in Johnson City !'

'We really loved this unit, and it was great for the price. The apartment was cozy and perfect for a couple. It had nearly everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect for our stay in Johnson City, allowing us to easily walk into the heart of town to enjoy some of the local eateries and brew-houses, and even to visit Founder’s Park and the newly opened Visitor Center. 'Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.'

'It was a great place to stay, just k ow that if you have more than 6 you will be sleeping on couches or air mattresses. The location is prime as far as location to bars and restaurants, but not prime if you plan on going to bed before 3;00am. It may have been an unusual night, but there was a lot of chaos going on out side of the place. It was a bit alarming. But the place was clean and a great space for friends to spread out and catch up.'
