'Although booked as a "luxury house," it wasn't. Holes in the doors, holes in the walls, stains on the carpets -- this wasn't a "luxury house." My family was very disappointed in the house overall. The family even received bath towels in Amazon bags at the beginning of our stay. If this wasn't billed as a "luxury" house, it may've been better. Even the plumbing had issues.'
