'The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony...

'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. But most of all there are...

'Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and it was perfect having a washer and dryer in the room. Beds were comfortable. Great location to American Village, beautiful view of the water.'

'Great pool, good breakfast and nice rooms plus friendly staff. As to be expected quite an American feel to it, but not complaining. '

'The room was great! Lots of space, nice spacious bathroom, all very clean. Nice balcony. Nice view. There was a Nespresso machine. Big tv we were able to watch Netflix. Staff very friendly '

'Hotel and service were near perfect. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel so I can only make low level recommendations because everything else was done properly. Minor tweaks and changes: I think you should ditch the “fancy” shampoo and conditioner and use something like Head & Shoulders shampoo/conditioner combination—products that you have now destroyed my scalp. You could possibly improve your tv viewing package albeit—no one is going there to watch tv, lol. I brought my Roku...
