'This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. '

'The facility is very clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. A unique experience of a Ryokan and make sure to enjoy the hot springs and the snow monkeys. '

'I could not think anything better. The location is literally next to the biggest temple in Nagano and on the main historical road. The breakfast is traditional japanese which is the perfect opportunity to try local cousine. Staff very very kind. '
