'I can't really rate this cruise specifically. We were moved to a different cruise line at the last hour. I booked Amanda after doing my research, and over the past few months I was chatting to 1 person for organising stuff there. That person left the company and none of my communications (through Whatsapp) was noted anywhere. 2 days before the cruise a new person was in touch. I repeated the entire process. 'Everything about this Ambassador cruise was outstanding. The cabin was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. The crew were wonderful -friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. Every meal was delicious and the live entertainment was outstanding. I'd highly recommend Ambassador Cruises to anyone looking for a great overnight Halong Bay experience.'
