'No one was at the front desk when we arrived for check in. There were already people waiting in the lobby. We/they rang the bell, called 0 from the lobby phone & someone even called the number on a biz card that was on the front desk. After about 20 min the first group left to find a different hotel. I waited another 15-20. S ms like they need more staff. The check-in itself was fine after someone finally showed up. Saw a dead roach by the front door in the lobby, but our room was very clean so...
