"Kamer: kluis werkte niet, tot twee keer toe stroomuitval, een dag kamer niet schoon gemaakt, een avond een slaapkamer vol vliegende mieren?muggen? doordat de housekeeping de gordijnen niet goed had gesloten en ze door de kieren van de ramen naar binnen kwamen. Personeel niet altijd heel vriendelijk."

"The hotel unfortunately is a bit run down, neglected maintenance and during our stay they were renovating Spa (closed), Lifestyle Center (closed), phone system & water system (brownish at times) which is a lot at one time. We found the entry exit procedure extremely annoying, scan vehicle, scan drivers licence, call hotel to open barrier and when they don't pick up you're left there standing. Each and every time you leave! Also ocean view (at extra cost) from our room very debatable as the golf course in front is completely built with private houses. They are your view! Chairs on our balcony full of bird droppings and not cleaned during 3 day stay, swimming towels not delivered to pool and...also annoying you can't book anything to your room so need to carry your card at all times. All in all definitely not a 4 star experience. "
